Dr. Kulvir Kapoor received his Ph.D. (Medical Physics) and M.Sc. (Information and System Science) from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and M.Sc. (Nuclear Physics) and B.Sc. (Physics Hons.) from University of Delhi, India. He worked as a Senior Medical Physicist at Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences (INMAS), India for more than 20 years and worked as a Senior Nuclear Scientist at Ontario Power Generation, Canada for more than 10 years. Although, the author had previous knowledge of advance topics in the field of electricity and electronics, he specially developed his proficiency in Electrical and Digital and Electronic Circuits my undertaking related part-time courses at Humber College, Toronto, to keep himself updated with the current trend in the field. Currently he is usefully spending his time as a free-lance consultant visiting India for a couple of months each year. Dr. Kulvir Kapoor has been living in Toronto for the past 28 years.
