Order Processing
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday- Friday),
Shipping Delivery
The following shipping methods are available, Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedite (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Store Pickups are available. You will be contacted when order is ready for Pickup.

Priority and Expedited Rates
Priority shipping is available and will incur an additional charge over standard shipping rates, based on weight and destination. Rates are automatically generated and displayed during the checkout process.

During its journey, it is not uncommon for some gaps to occur between tracking updates of a package. This is especially common during times of higher volumes with the couriers. Despite lapses in tracking, packages will still be in transit to you. However, if your order does not arrive with the above schedule within please contact our Customer Service team for assistance Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. If you require further assistance, please contact Volumes Publishing and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Signature Confirmation
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make one delivery attempt and leave a notice with instructions on where to pick up the package. The carrier will hold the package for 5 business days before returning it back to Volumes.
