In the past 30 years a proliferation of new nematode taxa has made it increasingly difficult to keep up with taxonomic changes and additions. I undertook the present work to provide a consolidated list for the order Tylenchida, making the widely scattered nematological material easily and readily accessible to nematologists. This publication is limited to the Tylenchida, which includes most of the plant parasitic nematodes pertinent to worldwide agriculture.
