Harmony is a youth organization, whose mandate is to build self-esteem through the arts. We use a variety of arts such as vocal, instrumental, theatre, jujitsu, stomp, etc. Harmony does not have any waiting lists or prerequisites and there are no financial fees for any of the classes. Harmony supplies all materials, as well as the lessons. The cost is, what we like to refer to as, "Paying it Forward". This is so the youth can create harmony in themselves, each other, and the wrold we live in. The term "harmony" refers to an inner peace or calm. This is what we are trying to infer in the youth, through self-expression in the arts. This book was written by the youth of Harmony. They are expressing their favourite ways to, "Pay it Forward".
