Samuel and his Series of Emotions and feelings consists of 23 stories, broken into 4 books all according to his age. This, being the first book, includes seven stories. Samuel is 4 and 5 years old throughout. (Going up to 9 years old in the last story). They are meant to be read with a sense of humour, but at the same time they may be helpful with others struggling with ‘firsts’ as Samuel does. He is a little boy who worries about his first hair cut, his first day of school, his first babysitter and more…..so much more. His parents try to help the best they can, but Samuel still doesn’t always make the right decisions regarding his behaviour towards these dilemmas. Therefore he can be a bit of a mischief maker, but a loveable one as you will see.
