of karate. A life without karate would be unimaginably dull for me. However, I would venture to say that traditional Okinawan karate for me was taught to me orally by my former Onshi
(teacher) Meitoku Yagi. Perhaps it is not too much to say this is my way of life. We believe that traditional Okinawan karate is a form of self-training that improves through
mental condition"
